ORDER STATUS
Can I make changes to an order I just placed?
Once an order has been placed, you have 12 hours to make changes. Email us at info@wendy-bird.com with your changes and we will try our best to accommodate! We can change color or size of items ordered, or add new items. However, we cannot combine orders.
Can I change my shipping address?
You may change your shipping address provided the order has not yet shipped and a shipping label has not yet been printed. Once a shipping label has been printed and the package has left our fulfillment center, we are no longer able to change or reroute your shipping address. Please email us to request an address change and we will do our best to accommodate!

How long before my order is shipped?
We generally process domestic orders within 2 business days once an order is placed. Expedited shipping orders placed before 3 pm EST will ship out within 24 hours.
International orders will ship within 1-3 business days.
Once an order is turned over to the courier, we don't have control over the actual shipping time that it takes for the items to be delivered to your door.
How can I track my orders?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email from Wendy Bird with your tracking information. You may use this to track your order.
We always recommend tracking directly with our shipping partners to view the most up to date information on your delivery - USPS for U.S./domestic shipments and international shipments.
I've received a defective item!
We are sorry to hear that you received a faulty item. Please email our customer care team at info@wendy-bird.com so that we may rectify the situation.
Which carrier does Wendy Bird ship with?
We ship domestically and to Canada via United States Postal Service. Expedited shipping is available with Federal Express shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
Wendy Bird charges a low, flat-fee of $4.99 to ANYWHERE in standard U.S. address (not including Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska) .
Free standard shipping on orders that are over $50.
Additionally, we offer expedited shipping options for domestic orders via Federal Express:
