CHANGED YOUR MIND? WE GET IT!

Wendy Bird will cover your free return shipping on US orders returned within 10 days of delivery! Returns must be requested and approved within 10 days from time your package was delivered in order to qualify for free return with downloadable return label.

Don't care about free return shipping? Return up to 30 days after date of delivery with only a $5 return fee- we'll just deduct it from your refund amount!

International customers wanting to return for a refund must cover return shipping costs.

Wendy Bird will accept returns and exchanges on unworn merchandise initiated within 30 days of the order delivery.

Merchandise must show no signs of wear and be accompanied with all original tags.

Full priced merchandise can be returned for a full refund. Items ending in $.97 or marked “Final Sale” are final sale and cannot be returned.

Items received damaged will be handled on a case by case basis. Although its rare, Wendy Bird reserves the right to refuse a return on any items received back in unsatisfactory condition.

 

US RETURNS

For US orders please click the link to Wendy Bird's Return Center and enter the order number and email associated with your order. Follow the instructions on the returns center home page to receive your free prepaid shipping label.



LABEL + SHIP! 

Remember to ship your return within 7 days of generating your prepaid label or you will be ineligible for a refund.

Print and affix your pre-paid return label to your package and ship from any United States Postal Service location. Refund for eligible returned items will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of our warehouse receiving the shipment. Wendy Bird reserves the right to refuse your return or exchange should these terms not be met.

Wendy Bird currently flies to Canada but rates are slightly higher. Make sure you check the shipping rate at check out.
